Kristin started her career as a make-up artist and esthetician while attending the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 2002. She worked as a make-up artist for Estee Lauder and Mac at Nordstrom’s and eventually became a regional make-up artist with Estee Lauder. She has been an esthetician and make-up artist for the past 20 years. She is a true professional who is always approachable and genuinely loves people. Her approach is to listen and connect with each client and team members, enabling her to create a skin care and make-up regimen for each guest that also works with their lifestyle. She is a certified Rhonda Allison Master Esthetician.

Her passion is educating her fellow salon/spa professionals and clients, helping them to be more confident and encouraging them in their skin care, make-up, wellness and business building skills.

Faith has earned Associates and Bachelors degrees prior to completing her esthetician course at Paul Mitchell the School. After completing a 6 month internship under the guidance of all of our experienced estheticians at Botanica we were pleased to add her to our team of specialists. Faith’s rave reviews speak for themselves. She is especially gifted at lash lift, brow lamination and tinting services and is currently attending the Advanced Rhonda Allison Academy’s Skin Intelligence Series. She is passionate about skin care, makeup, and beauty, especially as she’s been enjoying improving her own skin and wants to be able to help others feel good as well. Faith is a natural teacher and contributes greatly to our Estiship progam helping to train and coach our interns towards their career goals.
